Birmingham Bio Power Limited owns the facility. In April 2023, they awarded Tyseley Operations Limited a seven-year Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreement to operate the facility.
The plant is operated and maintained by a team of 25 staff from the local community and uses the goods and services of local businesses wherever possible.
Cobalt Energy Limited provides professional techno-commercial management services, working and interfacing with both Tyseley Operations and Birmingham Bio Power.
